Living Your Strengths is a ministry designed to help adults maximize their God-given talents in all aspects of life – personal, professional, and spiritual.

The ministry currently provides two facilitator-led offerings to help individuals discover their talents and further develop their strengths. The ministry uses Gallup’s Clifton StrengthsFinder®, an online assessment tool, as the starting point.

Strengths Introduction
Strengths Introduction is a one-time session for adults. It is designed to help participants identify and understand their God-given talents and strengths at an introductory level with a minimal time commitment. It is intended as the first step of awareness in a strengths exploration.

Strengths Exploration
Strengths Exploration is a six-week small group program for adults. It enables participants to identify, understand, and explore their God-given talents so that they can further develop and apply their strengths in all aspects of their lives. Small group discussions and reflections are based on Gallup’s StrengthsFinder ® assessment and Living Your Strengths book. Attending Strengths Introduction is not required to participate in Strengths Exploration.
