Please keep my friend, Jane, her daughter, Jennie and Jennie's 13 yr. old daughter, Ava in your prayers. Ava has a chronic kidney condition and currently receives dialysis several times a week. She is in need of a kidney transplant. The hope and prayer is for her mom to donate her kidney to Ava. Ava is a strong and positive 13 yr. old girl who is handling her situation as best she can.
