658. For our parish to offer programs to the children, youth and teens of St. Matthew, that is the number of volunteers needed to make it possible. Please consider sharing your time and love of the Catholic faith!
Qualifications: love of Christ, desire to introduce others to the joys of a friendship with Him, longing to learn more and grow deeper in your own faith and friendship with Christ. We provide you with simple to follow lesson guides that cover the ‘what, when and how’ to share the Good News.
Time Commitment (per session week): reading weekly emails and reviewing information before session (about twenty minutes); arriving early (twenty to fifteen minutes prior to start); facilitating session (one hour). Preschool and elementary groups meet for 21 weeks of the year; middle school meets in 7 week trimesters; special needs programs meets 18 weeks (elementary) or 12 weeks (older friends).
Requirements: complete and stay current on all parish safe environment protocols
