A copy of your child’s Baptismal Certificate needs to be on file with our office. If you child was not baptized at St. Matthew, please send a photo/scan of the certificate to Lori Mathews.
Parents of children enrolled in our preparation for First Reconciliation and First Holy Eucharist receive specific information regarding times and details of all steps via email from our office.
