Health & Fitness Ministry
Mission Statement:
Understanding the importance of a healthy body, mind and soul, these classes are designed to foster growth in community, faith sharing, prayer support, in addition to improving physical well-being. “Faithful friends are a sturdy shelter; whoever finds one finds a treasure.” Sirach 6:14
Classes
Classes are in the Parish Center Gym and incorporate prayer.
Aerobics and Strength:
Our certified instructors offer adaptions of all exercises to meet your ability level. You need a mat and hand weights. Classes are held Monday and Wednesday from 9:30 to 10:45 am. The cost is $5 per class. Your first class is free! For more information, email mollycm.seq@gmail.com.
Strength and Flexibility:
This class improves your core strength, balance and increases your flexibility. You can participate either standing or seated. We meet every Tuesday and Thursday from 9 to10 am. Chair Aerobics for Seniors:

Experience Pietra Fitness:
A retreat for body and soul. This is a stretching and strengthening class that tones the body while incorporating Christian prayer in the Catholic Tradition. Classes are Fridays from 9:45-10:45 am. Bring a friend and receive a free class! For more information, email cathy.osmera@gmail.com.
