Classes are in the Parish Center Gym and incorporate prayer. We started January 3, 2022; however, start when you can.
Aerobics and Strength Our certified instructors offer adaptions of all exercises to meet your ability level. You need a mat and hand weights. Monday classes are 9:30 to 10:45 am and Wednesday classes are 10:30 to 11:45 am. The cost is $5 per class. Your first class is free! For more information, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Strength and Flexibility This class improves your core strength, balance and increases your flexibility. You can participate either standing or seated. We meet every Tuesday and Thursday from 9 to10 am. Your first class is free. For more information and pricing, email Catherine Atwood at email@example.com. This class has a Zoom option as well as in person.
Chair Aerobics for Seniors If you are interested in participating in this class on Thursdays from 10:15 to 11:15 am, email Catherine Atwood at firstname.lastname@example.org. We need a minimum of five participants to start this class.
Experience Pietra Fitness This is a stretching and strengthening class that tones the body while incorporating Christian prayer in the Catholic Tradition. Classes are Tuesdays from 10:15-11:15 am and Fridays from 9:45-10:45 am. Bring a friend and receive a free class! For more information, email email@example.com.
