Join us for an exhilarating 3v3 charity basketball tournament, where we aim to make a lasting impact on the lives of those in need. This event will raise funds for the Missionaries of the Poor in Haiti, a dedicated organization working tirelessly to alleviate poverty and provide essential support to the less fortunate.
To register for this tournament, each player is asked to provide a pair of new flip-flops, soccer cleats (new or gently used), or a $15 donation. These essential items will greatly benefit underprivileged children in Haiti, providing much-needed comfort and support. The registration period ends on September 5th, so be sure to secure your spot before this deadline.

The Format:
The format will be a hybrid double/single elimination. Double-elimination up until the semi-final games and single-elimination for the two semi-final games and the championship game. All teams are guaranteed two games. Please note that the final game may result in two teams having one loss records. In this event, the winner of the championship game will be declared the champion.
The Rules:
- Two half-court simultaneous games
- Coin flip for initial possession
- One point will be scored for a “2-pointer”, and two points scored for a “3-pointer”
- Non-shooting foul: Will result in continued or change of possession
- Shooting foul: Will result in free throw(s) or change of possession
- 12-minute running clock (no time outs)
- 12-second shot clock (kept by the referee)
- The referee’s decisions are absolutely final
- Highest score at end of regulation wins
- If the score remains tied after regulation, a 2-minute overtime will commence. The initial possession will be by the team who did not start regulation
- If the score is still tied after the overtime, a sudden-death period will commence. The first team to sink a “3-pointer” wins. The initial possession will be by the same team who started regulation.
- To keep the tournament on schedule, we ask that teams be assembled, and ready to take the court, at the conclusion of the previous game. We are striving for a 3-minute transition time between the end of one game and the start of the next. There will be a volunteer coordinator assisting in this effort.
Play Hard, Play Fair, and Let the Games Begin! God Bless!
