What does this ministry do?
The Music Ministry supports one of the most important ministers of the church: the assembly. We enhance the worship and prayer life of the community through diverse musical experiences and styles to encourage full participation in the Mass by the assembly. This ministry leads the assembly in praise and thanksgiving to God and spiritual growth in faithful prayer through the singing of psalms and hymns that correlate with the weekly gospel and readings. No formal training is required, and personal musical growth and knowledge is ongoing during rehearsals.
