Prayer Wall Guidelines
Our Prayer Wall is a space where our community can come together in prayer. To ensure this remains a peaceful, uplifting, and respectful environment for all, please follow these guidelines:
- Purpose of the Prayer Wall
This is a dedicated space to share prayer requests for individuals in need of encouragement, healing, comfort, and support. Our focus is on faith, compassion, and unity.
- No Political or Inflammatory Content
To keep this a safe and welcoming place for everyone:
- We will not post political statements, opinions, or agendas.
- Please know that we keep all of our elected officials in prayer; however, we will not mention specific individuals or political parties.
- We do not allow inflammatory, divisive, or controversial content.
- We will not post content that may cause conflict or harm.
- Submitting Prayer Requests for Individuals by Name
- A family member must submit prayer requests for named individuals. This helps ensure respect, privacy, and accuracy.
- If you are not a family member, please keep requests general (e.g., “a friend,” “a loved one,” “someone in our community”).
- Avoid sharing full names or identifying details without permission.
- Respect the dignity and privacy of all those listed on our prayer wall.
- Moderation
- We review all submissions before posting.
- We reserve the right to edit or decline any submission that does not follow these guidelines.

How can we pray for you? Our St. Matthew parish family is eager to lift up your intentions in prayer. You may add your prayer request to our prayer wall using the form below. Urgent prayer request for my father .
He’s been in the ICU since 5.12 from brain bleed/stroke. The valve that was drilled into his skull to drain the blood has been removed and he has been taken off sedation. After day 15 and developing pneumonia, the ventilator has been removed.
He is still breathing, but still not responding to commands.
Doctors tell me to pull the plug cause his right side is done, he’ll never walk or talk again.
But I’m waiting and leaving room for a miracle and improvements.
Please pray for healing for my dad! Thank you and God bless you!

Please pray for a friend’s granddaughter, , whose is 10 years old and has been plagued with severe convulsions most of her life causing further injuries. The convulsions got so bad, and with intensive tests it was determined she had to have brain surgery. Now she has to learn to talk, walk, train her mind to do the things she used to do. Please pray for her continued recovery to be strong as she struggles to get her health back and be the girl WE KNOW WITH LESS CONVULSIONS and a FULL HEALTHY RECOVERY! SO SHE CAN LIVE A NORMAL LIFE AS SHE SHOULD. Please pray and heal her body and mind.

Please, dear Matthew, through our Lord, Jesus Christ, please help me have the stamina and full faith to conquer the strength to slow the progression of my diagnosis of Mild Dementia. I also include my strength to have my hip surgery to help my severe groin pain, and the strength to follow the right path, to keep me mindful to continue my prayers faithfully, and keep my body healthy to help my heart problem to get better as well. I ask this with your and God’s Blessings, so I can spend time with my son and grandson whom I’ve missed terribly over the years
