Mission
Recognizing that the holy sacrifice of the Mass is the heart of our faith, lectors boldly proclaim the good news of God.
Volunteer Opportunities
Lectors are trained and scheduled for all Saturday vigil and Sunday Masses. Lectors may also volunteer to read on holy days and special holiday.
Time Commitment
Usually once a month. Participation is also requested at one general meeting a year.
Immediate Ministry Needs
Lectors are needed for St. Matthew-Waxhaw and youth lectors for the Life Teen Mass on Sunday at 5:30 pm.
