Father Nnebe-Agumadu was born in Washington, D.C., and grew up in Nigeria until his sophomore year of high school, when his family moved back to the United States. He is one of six children and has an identical twin brother. He graduated from Mount St. Mary’s Seminary in Cincinnati, Ohio, with a Master of Divinity and a Master of Arts in Theology, and was ordained to the sacred priesthood in June 2023. He previously served as a parochial vicar at St. Mark Catholic Church in Huntersville and as chaplain at St. Mark Catholic School. Father Nnebe-Agumadu is excited to serve as chaplain at Charlotte Catholic High School and will also be assisting on weekends here at St. Matthew Catholic Church.
