Whether you are looking to deepen your spiritual life, become a better version of yourself, make lasting friendships, or just be better connected to the community life at St Matthew; a Christ Renews His Parish Retreat is for you!

Separate retreats take place for men and women and include participants of all ages – moms, dads, singles, seniors, and young adults … There is something for everyone at a Christ Renews His Parish Retreat.

What Will Happen at CRHP?

CRHP is an overnight, 26-hour retreat hosted and facilitated by parishioners. The experience brings parishioners together through fellowship and community building in a welcoming setting all on the grounds of our St. Matthew (Ballantyne campus) parish. The retreat consists of talks, small-group sharing, quiet reflection time, prayer, Mass, and the Sacrament of Reconciliation. Healthy meals are served with love by last year’s CRHP Team. You will not go hungry, we guarantee it!

Schedule at a Glance:

  • Check-in: CRHP begins at 6 p.m. on Friday evening.
  • Welcome Reception: After you are checked in enjoy a Welcome Reception and meet other attendees. Heavy hors d’oeuvres are provided so no need to eat before coming.
