For any Catholic woman trying her hardest to find a spouse... Lord, have mercy. I have been searching for 18 years now and still in the desert. There are no events available for Catholic singles, particularly young adults between the ages of 21-40. It's very sad we are called to build up the Church with no available resources to do so. Even Catholic events not targeted at singles seem to only bring in mostly women. I guess I am having a moment of hopelessness. How can you desire a vocation so beautiful and feel so lost and forgotten? I am a wife without a husband and a mother without a child. How can this be? It's who I am. As women, we have a biological clock. I am afraid mine will run out before finding a man of the faith to spend my life with. Lord, please hear our hearts most deepest longings and send compassionate love, mercy, & forgiveness in our loneliness
